Institutional membership registration opens on May 1st and closes on October 1st.
Institutional membership is $145.00 per member.
History
For the past several years the CAT Board has been working on an institutional membership process. This process/application is the result of member request a payment package that included dues and conference fees. It seems some school districts will cover the cost if it is a packaged deal.
How It Works
Institutional membership allows an institution such as your school to register for two fiscal year conferences and member dues for everyone listed on the institutional membership form. The cost is $145.00 per member. Registration is specific to that member and it is not transferable. Normal member dues plus two conference fees will cost you $140.00. We charge an additional $5.00 to help cover the additional work and time it takes to process institutional registration. The big advantage is Perkins funds will often cover this cost which removes the financial burden from the CAT member.
Institutional membership is for our fiscal year starting on July 1st until June 30st.
Payment
Institutional membership should meet Perkins IV and title V requirements but please check with your district for conformation. Also note we need payment and/or PO by October 1, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Registration
The "Institutional Registration" link below will bring up a form for you to fill out. The form includes all of the instructions and information you should need. The form will allow you to enter up to 8 members. A secondary form is available for an additional 6 members. There are instructions that will guide you through the process.
In order to get an accurate head count for each and every conference we will be asking each and every institutional member to register using our web site registration form. From the drop down menu indicate that you are registered under an institution. If you are uncertain a link is provide on the form for you to check to see if your name is listed with CAT as registered under an institution.
Late registration fees apply to institutional members just as they apply to all other members. If you register for the conference after the late registration date you will be asked to pay the $20.00 late registration fee. Late registration in normally 12 days prior to our conference date. Make sure the check our conference page for the exact date.
