Membership Renewal & Conference Registration

Registration Help

Conference Registration process

Conference registration & membership renewal take place at the same time in order to be cost effective. If we have your email address on file you will receive an invitation to the conference shortly after the first Monday in September and the first Monday in February . You will have several option to renew your membership and/or register for the conference. If you did not get the email invitation, renewal and conference registration will be available via the website shortly after the first Monday September and the first Monday in February. The ability to renew and register for the current event closes the Sunday that follows the conference.

Membership Renewal

If you will not be attending the fall conference but plan to attend the spring conference we ask that you wait until spring registration to renew your membership. This is done as a cost effective measure within our new registration process.

If you need to pay for your membership and conference cost on separate accounts please do not use the membership renewal form. If you do you will not be allowed to register for the conference. If you did this you will need to unregister and then register using the "Renew Membership & Conference Reg." button. You will be given the option to split the payment between two accounts.


Registration Help

Email Address:

  • Your membership is tied to your email address. If we don't have an email address on file for you or it is old and you don't remember it you won't be able to renew your membership or register for the conference.

Something Doesn't Match Our Records:

  • Are you trying to register for the conference and pay your dues? Or maybe you are trying to register without paying dues. You could be trying to register with an incorrect selection. Every member is specially coded to allow you to only proceed down the proper registration path. If you don't owe membership dues and try to pay your dues along with your conference registration the system won't let you and you will get this error message. The same holds true for registering for the conference only when you should be choosing conference & membership renewal or New Membership.

What to do next:

  1. Try one of the other registration buttons.
  2. Verify that you typed your email address correctly.
  3. Contact me with the link below and I will verify your email address and which registration button you should use.
