Membership Renewal

We have renovation our membership renewal process.

Membership renewal will now take place at the same time as conference registration in order to be cost effective. If we have your e-mail address on file and you have not chosen to opt/out you will receive an invitation to the conference on or shortly after the first of September for the fall conference or the first of March for the spring conference. If needed your membership will be renewed automatically during register for the conference. If you do not get the e-mail invitation, renewal and conference registration will be available via the website from the first of September for the fall conference or the first of March for the spring conference. The ability to renew and register for the current event closes the Sunday that follows the conference.

If you will not be attending the fall conference but plan to attend the spring conference we ask that you wait until spring registration to renew your membership. This is done as a cost effective measure within our new registration process.

If you wish to renew your membership separate from your conference fee there is an option on the payment page to split the payment so you can pay for your membership separately from your conference fee.

Your membership is tied to your e-mail address. If we don't have an e-mail address on file for you or it is old and you don't remember it you won't be able to renew or register for the conference.

To correct this contact the webmaster with your current e-mail address.

If you get an error message you may be trying to register using the wrong registration type or your e-mail address does not match what we have on file.
